Well, a night alone in the house and I get restless, so into the kitchen I went. At the end of it, I have a fairly good idea of how to make crepes. Not that mine were anywhere near perfect. The turning over part has to be practised but was a fun little experiment. Ate mine plain with just some powdered sugar. Mm-mm!
