Wow! This is hard! I spent the month of June diligently tracking all my expenses. At least I tried. Twice in the month I realized my figures were not adding up. Inevitably it was some sum that I spent almost unconsciously.

Another thing I realized is that the method being used is crucial. I was testing out MoneyDance for this month and though I like the interface, trying to remember to get the info into my PC each day was tough. I would definitely need to keep updating as the day goes on, so maybe when I get back to my PDA state I will look at tracking my money that way.
